酒店位置很好，在城市學院旁邊吃飯，遊玩都很方便，房間乾淨衞生，採光也特別好，而且必須誇誇前台小姐姐，服務意識很強，走進大廳會主動問好，而且笑容很燦爛，説話聲音很温柔，很有禮貌，又很有耐心，還主動幫忙提醒你的房間，感覺特別暖心，強烈推薦，下次來益陽還會選擇這家酒店

在攜程找了很久帶有隔間親子房的酒店，就衹有這家酒店有親子房和主床是隔開房間的，而且還是兩個小床，房間面積大，洗手間和洗澡間是分開的，還提供了早餐，這個價格實在是太划算了！以後來益陽，還會定這家酒店的。

住過幾次了，最後一次體驗很不好，浴室洗手間沒有隔開，下水口還有紙巾沒搞乾淨，衞生不咋地，浴室下水很慢，沖個涼下來整個浴室就已經漲水了，必須隔四五小時才能去上廁所，服務也是不咋地，三樣東西要送兩趟，説是忘記了，還給客人臉色，

房間乾淨整潔，但是設施有點老舊，網絡也不是很好，衹有一個開放網絡可以用，門是反鎖不了的，而且防盜鏈居然能從卡槽裏掉出來，安全感有點低我衹能説，不過阿姨過來幫我解決問題的時候很有耐心。
