酒店位於一個山坳裏，周圍樹木茂盛，環境可以，但是交通不便，進出之後一條路，遠離居民區，酒店屬於復古建築，房間設施極差，所住房間窗外是小土路，沖完澡發現沒有沐浴液，座機不好用，半夜關燈後開關打火一直響，房間門隔音極差，安全係數低，不另外增加礦泉水，早餐品種很少，性價比很低，慎重選擇

外部環境還不錯，房間衞生一般，電視櫃桌面上竟然有脱落的甲片。也是驚了！
住宿：開房一樓的房間，讓換説沒有了。説不要兩頭房間，開了承諾説不是，到了房間就是！服務員給換，就又有二樓的房間了。刷卡進了兩個房都是已經有人入住的房間，行李都在房間放着。幸虧房間內沒人。給換的房卡出去後又打不開房門，又下去換的房卡。
晚上沒要東西，還敲錯門了。
除了房間內的兩瓶礦泉水再要需要繳費5元/瓶。也是好久沒遇到的事了。
早餐別説咖啡了，連牛奶都沒有，能吃的很少。

十一假期休假，整個酒店還是比較意外，在山窩窩裡麪。四面環山。有密境棧道上山。園林有潮汕的感覺。酒店還在建設之中。希望以後越來越好。這些古建築更希望酒店有效保養。都是老祖宗的瑰寶。

酒店所在的度假區環境優美，很贊。
酒店的服務雖然是新建酒店但着實是一般，房間安排錯，洗澡沒冷水等等，總體來説一般，需要再提升一下服務。
