穎上安居商務賓館臨街，不過門頭招牌少了商務二字，不是導航堅持説目的地到了，就走過了。老闆很熱情，騰空賓館門前的預留車位，又介紹周邊環境。賓館步行幾百米就是管仲商貿城和管仲老街，煙火十足。
賓館設施陳舊，衞生一般。

臨時有事，選擇了這家酒店，想着將就一晚，結果一打開門驚呆了，牆皮脱落，客人都入住了還要敲門説來修牆皮，煩的不行，開了一晚上空調越開越冷，直到第二天退房，都不捨得把空調外機打開，吹了一晚上的冷風。晚上想洗個澡吧，打開那個淋浴，水超級小，而且就出來幾道，其它的全都給堵住了，第二天退房的時候找錢前台反映這個事情，也是很敷衍，看評論這種事情也不是一天兩天了，明知不改就很無語，望訂房的來客慎重考慮，在同性價比的酒店裡選擇一個合適的，而不是將就的
