#服務第二次來了，老闆人挺好的#位置交通萬科24號樓下樓就是停車場，出門就是沙灘#早餐樓下就有早餐店跟超市，吃飯挺方便的#停車按次收費，2小時以內免費，2-5h4元，5-24h10#房間景觀帶陽台景色還是不錯的#性價比性價比很高

衞生：比較乾淨
推薦住宿 週末人多，但是住的距離海邊比較近，停車比較麻煩，周圍正規的飯店比較少。 價格適中，適合家庭遊玩。

除了有一個景色很漂亮的海景樓台外，其餘真是不敢恭維，剛進屋一股海鮮味。毯子沒有被罩。圖片裏的被罩是自己買來套上的。洗臉池沒有熱水，衞生條件特別不好。房間設施特別陳舊。這個房間一間280左右。旁邊別的公寓比這衞生條件好多了，不建議入住，特別是帶孩子。

觀賞海景的不二之選，樓下就是停車場，走到海邊衹需3分鐘，樓下早餐、炒菜、超市一應俱全，晚上坐在露台上就能看煙花秀，愜意。
