The hotel was very nice! They gave us a free upgrade to the room with a tub outside in the backyard. The kids had a bunk bed and the room was very spacious and clean. The staff named 谢谢您 was very kind to us, she deserves a raise. The hotsprings were amazing! The kids loved it! The food for breakfast was decent, chinese style and also had fresh salad. Would recommend you to bring your kids and enjoy the resort.

三個家庭聚會特意選擇了三房別墅，花園能直出泳道。小朋友入住後馬上換衣服跳進泳道打水仗。這次的房間在轉角位，離温泉區和小童玩水區都很近。別墅的上下樓梯也在別墅內，對家庭聚會來説非常方便。晚上小朋友們在客廳玩桌遊，大人們在花園的私家泡池泡個温泉，聊天賞月。酒店服務很貼心，特別點贊珠珠管家。入住過程有需求，我們都直接聯繫珠珠管家，事情馬上就解決了。

1.院子裏滿地煙頭、雜草叢生
2.有老鼠，壁虎
3.前台説好的房間不想給
4.房間衞生沒有合格的點，比如灰塵到處是
5.燈壞了好幾個，滿屋昏暗
6.餐吃飯難吃
7.泳池好看，但臟
8.吹風機是壞的
9.窗簾等可能幾年沒洗
10.沙發、椅子、玻璃全是臟的

第一次來寶墩湖湖山温泉度假村，感覺非常棒。首先，入住登記就給我的首印象很不錯，感謝管家珠珠的貼心熱情，主動幫我們升級到一樓零距離泳道房間，房型一廳一房非常寬敞，泳道在花園處直接進入，很方便舒適。之後的第二天也是珠珠幫我們無縫接駁地原房延住了一晚，讓我們享受了非常開心放鬆的一次休假遊。酒店外圍就是寬闊的寶墩湖，湖光山色盡收眼底，有沿湖邊的綠道可以晨跑鍛鍊，還有不遠處的鷗鷺在樹林中飛翔，景色迷人。非常值得再次打卡。

超預期，環境舒服，全部是別墅，低密度，滿房也不會擁擠。最重要是這裏很少搶東西，搶早餐的阿姨。算是最少姨味的親子酒店。
服務態度很好，吃的也好。五一出行也方便。最好玩是威尼斯泳道，孩子和大人玩得很開心。晚上去泡温泉。

酒店房間很大，定的一樓有泡池，也可以直接下到泳池的房間，客廳感覺比介紹的還要大一點，五個小朋友玩桌遊大人打麻將都不覺得擁擠的，特別適合喜歡游泳的人，服務挺好的叫什麼都來的，廣東整體服務都不錯的，管家小雨服務態度也很好的…就是早餐廳在寬敞些，早飯比較簡單，種類再豐富一些就更好了…酒店蚊子多不過設施也挺好，配了很多蚊香還有蚊帳
