隔音差 服務也差 吃了温泉裏的燒烤 上吐下泄 全程無人管 互相推卸責任，一晚上過去了更是沒有拿出解決的方案，一星都不想給🥲打了12315投訴了 坐等

房間夠大池子也夠大，早餐也不錯。設施有些老，空調也比較吵，建議增設取暖器。

酒店房間比較寬敞，熱水、空調方便，乾淨整潔，住的還算舒適，畢竟是老牌温泉酒店。泡池人比較多，洗浴中心洗澡有的設施老化壞了，建議及時修復。早餐還算豐富，但節日人多。

上一次來湯池還是疫情前，那個時候住的温泉湯屋，感受非常美好。這次和朋友一起來玩，住宿的過程中遇到一點小問題，前台趙美女非常熱心熱情地幫助我們解決了。其為客人着想的態度和熱情的服務可以説是我見過之最！很久沒有看到這麼熱愛工作熱愛生活的人了，從她身上看到了對自己職業的深深的熱愛和對客人的用心，真的非常非常感動❤️

體驗感還挺不錯的，五一假期適合親子游。
親子釣蝦券:還不錯，孩子玩的很開心。
園區比較大，池子很多，游泳池也挺不錯，而且水温很合適，服務員態度也很好，還送了很多小禮物。
值得推薦！！！沒去過的小夥伴強烈推薦去玩。

老牌温泉，硬件急需升級了，裏面的服務員人都不錯，晚上我們泡到十點多，還有個爹爹專門等我們，幫我們領路，提醒我們注意腳下，用手機幫我們照亮，房間真的是衹能住一下，沒有辦法談舒適，早起空氣真的很好，很出片
