舒服的度假酒店，雖然開業比較久了，房間硬件設施維護的非常好，床很舒服，私湯泡池和泳池都打掃的很乾凈，酒店的員工每位員工都非常熱情，別墅區域到處是濃密的森林和桂花香，很喜歡
兩個不足的方面，一是酒店中餐廳的晚餐和自助早餐，不太像四千一晚的酒店該有的水準，真的需要好好提升下餐廳的硬件裝修和餐食的出品和呈現了，像上世紀國企單位的食堂
二是房間的電視有點老了，基本沒有能看的內容
總體來説是不錯的，是個很安靜，很適合躺着休息的地方

設施：房間的設施雖成就但保護的很好，如果泳池能帶恆温水就很棒，最值得泡的是温泉♨️水水質很棒👍🏻值得享泡。
衞生：乾淨 整潔
環境：足夠大的空間，孩子盡情玩耍，大人獨享發呆。
早餐:無當地的特色，太過簡單，很少見的夾沙蕎糕在餐廳中出現，建議把當地的特色小吃融入早餐中（注:湯池獨特的醬之鄉，把有醬的食材多給住客享用，還有當地的乳餅味道很純正可以加入），留住住客的味蕾。
服務：走入大堂時一位笑容滿面，儀容儀態很温柔的一位女士，以很強烈的迎接儀式，歡迎了我們的到來，之後認知這位女士是楊焰凌，她的笑容能帶給住客一種滿滿的親切感，有任何需求你都會笑容滿面的來應對。你很棒👍🏻

按照這個國內頂級度假酒店的價位來説，硬件方面的設施已經有點老舊、衞生狀況不夠的感覺，但是服務人員的誠懇、敬業、熱情確實是非常棒，比同價位的三亞的柏悦的服務要好得多。公共温泉區人手不太夠，希望改進。
餐廳的菜也做得不錯，宜良小乳鴨太好吃了，昆明都很難吃到這麼好的小麻鴨。價位也合理。

酒店設施有點陳舊，但是維護還不錯，周圍景色很好，很安靜；但是位置很偏，最大問題就是附近沒啥美食，選擇性很少，酒店餐食也很一般，尤其早餐，品種少且口味太不理想；值得稱讚的就是服務很好，給我們做了房間升級，很熱心的服務；希望可以在餐食上有所豐富和提高，那就很完美了～
