住的房間，設備老舊，價格不高，但是性價比低，最氣人的是我訂個三人間，空調壞了，整個房間跟個冰箱一樣，讓換個三人間，沒有，又不給退房，打了攜程客服，才同意扣50，然後退房。那為什麼一開始不給退，黑，客服態度賊差，第一天住沒有登記，第二天去登記的時候，一直叭叭叭説個不停，那是你們的問題，和我抱怨有什麼用。！！
