Located at scenic site with 30 mins walking distance to shopping centre. Facilities of Hot Spring acceptable & better visit before 1500 & weekdays.
Breakfast is fair ; Chinese style. Customer service so far good enough to handle enquiry with compassionate arrangement. So far it is recommendable for 2 night.

這家温泉酒店真的太棒了！温泉區環境超好，水質清澈，温度適宜，讓人身心放鬆。客房乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，衞生間的設施也都很新很乾凈。服務更是沒得説，工作人員熱情周到，總是能及時滿足我們的需求。停車也很方便，有充足的停車位。在這裏住了一晚，感覺特別愜意，完全放鬆了身心。下次有機會還會再來，也推薦給朋友們，真的是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，強烈推薦！

1.房間燈光昏暗，光衰嚴重；2.地巾未更換，用的時候發現是濕的；3.房間的麻將桌壞了隨提前溝通，但未做任何補償；4.淋浴間和洗臉盆排水很慢很慢，使用不方便且耽誤時間。

訂的別墅房，客廳比較大，但設施老舊，桌子舊了貼了一層廉價的塑料皮，衞生間很小而且門關不上，洗個澡水流到外面積了很多，淋雨花灑到處漏水而且還有很大的異響。可能五一人太多，前台服務也一般，因為每次泡完温泉都要叫電瓶車回房間，前台有幾個服務員就是愛搭不理的，第二天果斷換去維景了

入住當天在前台用了45分鐘左右，就是找不到入住訊息，找了15分鐘找到了，然後為了付費升房的問題又搞了許久（你們會有記錄），一定要以房間的最高價減去我付款的最低優惠價的差價來補。
本來不想再説，但入住後房間問題百出：1，大床房應該兩邊有的牀頭櫃卻一邊沒有，原因是原有的頂式空調壞了，後來按了個立式空調（見照片），衹能自己動手去搬個凳子放床邊；2，房間有茶水用具有水有袋泡咖啡唯獨沒有茶葉（連最普通的最便宜的最簡單的茶葉也沒），問了阿姨回答是沒了找不到了；3，衞生間的觸感燈第一夜用完廁所後亮了約半個小時才滅，第二夜就亮了以後就一直亮着了；4，再説早餐，一進餐廳還沒吃飯便滿頭大汗也不開空調和電扇，白煮蛋蛋殼始終駁不開（見照片），紅茶第一次喝和第二次去倒着喝時幾呼變白開水也沒人去換（見照片）
