先説電腦配置方面，1080p的屏幕是快三十寸的尺寸，什麼東西也看不清糊的要死，打遊戲就別想了。
服務我是想投訴你們的，當天辦理入住之後，取消了次日的訂單，直接上門敲門問為什麼取消訂單，我請問呢？開門之後態度極差的問為什麼取消訂單，一番不愉快的交流過後，才明白是他弄錯了，酒店方面以為我取消了當日入住的訂單，這種一點不明白業務流程的人是怎麼入的職？如果辦理了入住怎麼取消訂單？
樓上是KTV，到半夜兩點都吵的要死，不要説休息了，樓上唱的什麼歌都聽的一清二楚，如果有人看完我的評論還願意來挑戰這家酒店的，你就是這個👍

電競房電腦什麼配置也沒説清楚，酒店環境更是沒的説，根本就沒人打掃過，全是煙頭子和檳榔渣，讓她們保潔打掃一下都沒去，整個就是待不下去，就沒有一樣東西敢用的，

衞生狀況太差勁了，剛進房間水池都沒打掃，床上更是頭髮成堆。房間隔音效果也不怎麼樣，一堵牆跟擺設一樣。特別是大晚上蚊子成堆，打了一個多小時的蚊子手上全是血。
