我們抵達酒店後要求酒店儘量安排一個不臨街的房子，接待的客服説是不臨街的，結果到了樓道發現給我們的房子是臨街的，房卡刷了幾次刷不開，刷了好久才打開房門，下樓跟他們專門説了要一個一次性刮鬍刀，口上答應好好的，等了幾個小時也沒等到。在卧室旁邊的小沙發上還搭着不知道誰用過的浴巾，當天到的時候10點出頭，太累了就沒跟他們計較這事，洗漱時發現水龍頭都是水漬，再一次因為疲憊忽略，火速睡下，不知道隔壁還是樓上，不是人説話的聲音就是樓上掉重物的聲音，這期間給他們打了幾次電話要求看看，始終沒有解決這個問題，到12點多還會有聲響，質問他們為啥這樣，客服説，酒店肯定不能跟家裡一樣安靜，吵鬧一些很正常，整一個無語，真正入睡也不知道是幾點，非常差勁的一次入住體驗，沒有之一，從設施到服務。

衞生：乾淨整潔，就是屋裡的椅子上有污漬讓人感覺不適，
環境：環境不錯
服務：早餐的還是比較可口的！！而且種類也挺多的！！
總體來説感覺還是可以的！

入住歷山酒店給人的第一感覺是縣城就是比大城市的酒店差一大截，畢竟印象中歷山酒店應該是翼城數一數二的酒店，如今怎就這個樣子了！
