這次宜昌之行選對了酒店！從踏入大堂開始，就能感受到工作人員的熱情——前台小姐姐笑意盈盈，服務滿意，讓人心情愉悦。
入住期間更是驚喜不斷：客房阿姨每天打掃續住衞生會把我們散亂的衣物疊好，晚上去洗衣房洗衣服，臨時要出去，衣服還沒洗完，前台服務員主動幫我們烘乾放好，服務貼心周到。退房那天去遊玩，前台可以免費寄存行李，存放安全。
這樣細緻周到的服務，讓旅途都變得温暖起來。下次來宜昌，一定還住這裏！

從來沒住過這麼差的麗楓，沒有之一。到一個陌生的地方或者臨時訂酒店，我都會選麗楓。這個品牌本來很讓人放心的。但這回踩坑了。衞生差，一進門地上是水，枱面上是水，連吹風機上都是水。行李架上還有頭髮，枕頭上能聞到上一個客人的香水味。整個樓裏有2個快捷酒店，環境亂的不行，一片嘈雜。早餐華而不實，沒什麼沒吃的東西，看着都不餓了。就是服務還湊合。

酒店位於東站周邊，交通比較方便。一棟樓好幾家酒店，還有全季，幾家酒店共用一個早餐廳，早飯還可以。酒店客房配套可以，商務酒店的標準。酒店停車場道路、車位都比較窄，進出不太方便。雖有充電樁，但因無人管理都是停的不充電的車。周圍沒看到什麼商圈，樓下有家魚火鍋店，口味還可以，價格不便宜，但能接受。酒店離宜昌博物館比較近。

我和兒子都很滿意，洗衣房的空間大，烘乾機的烘乾速度很快。房間面積不錯，而且是隔音玻璃，即使是臨街的房間也很安靜。
