不知道這個酒店是怎麼評到4星的，酒店大堂的服務不能説不好，就是很一般。有一次門卡刷不開門了，給酒店打電話10多分鐘才來人給開門，中途外出，保潔打掃衞生就衹給把床鋪了，垃圾桶和桌子的垃圾也沒給倒，杯子也沒給刷，真的是無語死了。房間的東西也真的差啊，拖鞋穿了兩次裡邊都勾絲了…還有這個位置離景點也沒多方便，推薦遊玩的朋友住在萬達附近！

家人們誰懂啊！住酒店遇到大無語事件，必須曝光這家凱格麗莎酒店
一到前台，就被工作人員極差的態度給驚到，那愛答不理的樣子，彷彿我不是來住宿而是來添亂的。
我提前訂了兩間房，特意強調要離得近且安靜，方便長者休息 。結果呢？兩間房被安排在同層的最左和最右，這就算了。
到了房間，一股濃烈的尿騷味撲面而來，讓人作嘔。本想着忍一忍，結果半夜更離譜的事情發生了。前台居然安排了兩個醉漢住在我們隔壁，關鍵這倆醉漢和前台似乎還認識。他們吵鬧喧嘩，我實在沒辦法就找前台反映，結果前台不僅沒有解決問題，還上樓帶着醉漢去“***” 。大半夜醉漢回來後，竟然來開我們的房門、按門鈴，嚇得我們一晚上都沒睡好。
退房時，我找前台溝通這件事，他們不僅沒有絲毫歉意，還一直在搪塞敷衍，完全沒有解決問題的態度。
這次住宿體驗簡直糟透了，花了錢還受氣，這家酒店可以説是我住過最差的，沒有之一！大家出行訂酒店一定要慎重，千萬別踩這家的雷！

訂的雙早，2大兩小出行。第一次遇到兩小吃早餐必須要另購餐券的，服務態度 和服務意識真的極差。
去年入住體驗也很差，附近的星耀拾光 強烈推薦，環境 服務 早餐 性價比 遠超這家。

凱格麗莎酒店的入住體驗遠超預期！酒店位於金東山附近，交通便利，樓下就是商鋪街道，出行購物都很方便，還能免費停車，對自駕旅客太友好了。
房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴乾濕分離，設施嶄新齊全，連複式家庭房這樣的特色房型都能選，不管是出差還是家庭出遊都合適。二樓餐廳的菜品顏值高又美味，100多的房價性價比絕了。
