入住宜昌外灘美爵酒店兩天，特別滿意。遇到的酒店工作人員都十分友善熱情。
特別是禮賓部早晚班的員工們，每次見到衹要手上拿着東西都主動詢問是否需要幫你拿呀，小哥哥們非常客氣。
也特別感謝維修工程部的一位年長的師傅，晚間來維修和小物時特別認真客氣，完成後還請人來再次打掃一下，特別的周到。
整體入住都十分滿意且開心，酒店很新，工作人員都十分客氣，小機器人也好勤勞一次次的送外賣，十分推薦大家！
