本來是30日入住的，結果高速遇大霧，臨時下高速不能到達目的地。立即給酒店前台打電話看能否取消，前台一位姓易的美女得知我們的特殊情況後，彙報給了經理，徵得經理同意後把我預訂的酒店往後延了一天。大品牌確實不一樣，能夠做到人性化處理，讓顧客有賓至如歸的感覺。在此特別感謝酒店前台的易大美女和酒店經理！也特別感謝華美達的這個大品牌！

酒店停車場超級大，很好停車，算是宜昌夷陵區最好的酒店之一。前台辦理入住很快，小李服務態度好，很熱情。房間很好，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，網絡也很快。早餐也還不錯，該有的都有，雖然去晚了但也還是吃飽了，總之就是性價比很高！

出差訂的酒店 ，不得不説停車確實很方便，能直接在負一樓直達大廳和前台，聽説酒店剛開不久的 ，設施還都很新，大廳明亮大氣，乾淨衞生 ，床睡着很舒服 ，雖然新開，但是房間沒有任何味道 ，説明衞生方面處理的很到位，洗護用品也很不錯 ，味道很好聞，在這裏要特別尤其是酒店前台小黃小姐姐態度特別好，很熱情有耐心，下次過來還會選擇華美達，推薦給朋友們！

酒店設施齊全，早餐廳，洗衣房很方便，房間也是小度智能語音控制，性價比很高，環境也不錯，地理位置也挺方便，距離高速出入口，各大景區都很近，房間佈局非常喜歡，特別是衞生乾淨整潔，完全住的很放心，入住登記也很快，酒店服務都很好，特別是前台小黃小姐姐服務熱情，很貼心，下次過來還是選這家店。

看網上評價較高，偶然選擇了這家酒店，停車場很大比較方便，酒店環境也很好，進門就有輕音樂，客房衞生做的很乾凈，落地窗視野很好，床品也很舒服，洗護用品也不錯，前台小黃妹妹印象很深刻，非常不錯，很有耐心，熱情大方，態度也好，還幫忙免費房間升級了，酒店整體都很不錯，值得推薦！

十一來三峽自駕玩，住的這個酒店，地方偏了點，但房間乾淨整潔，房間比較大，早餐也不錯，吃完早餐開車半個小時左右到三峽大瀑布景區，因為來得早，十一第一天，人不多，玩的開心，以後來還住這個酒店

03前台小妹妹服務很貼心，從入住到退房始終熱情周到，為她點贊，還幫忙升級了房型，大廳氣派，房間衞生很乾凈不愧是新酒店就是不一樣，床品和房間設施也都很滿意，房間是帶有浴缸和落地窗的，觀景很方便，泡澡泡的很舒服，早餐是自助餐也還可以，酒店還可以免費停車，停車很方便，環境好服務也好，選擇這家真是太划算了
