Amazing setting, great food especially in the a la carte restaurant and lovely drinks. I will return for sure!

This was a holiday to celebrate my other half’s 60th birthday - so those reviews saying it’s the older end are close to the truth, but we weren’t the youngest by far! The hotel has ample parking for those who want to hire a car and 3 pools to choose from outside - unheard as it says in the hotel description. Ideal tho for cooling down in the heat. We paid for the Elite experience - well it was a special birthday after all - and the food in the A La Carte was amazing as was the service from Sanshila, Simi and No 1 Waiter We walked into Paphos many times in the coastal path and took buses and taxis to Kato Paphos and the market area. We have visited Paphos many time and know where we like to go and getting around is cheap and easy. 2€ each in the bus or you can buy day tickets if you are going to be venturing on several. We hired a car and went out to Coral Bay and Peyia and also Nicosia and crossed the line into the occupied side. The room we had was very spacious - the hotel had upgraded us due to hubbies age and was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. To be fair all the hotel was spotless. The staff were always friendly and smiley when we spoke to them. Yes some appeared stern but once you were talking to them they were friendly and helpful. The ability to get directly to the sea from the private jetty was a bonus although maybe it does need a little maintenance at the moment. Finally - the rooftop bar - brilliant! Amazing views over Paphos bay and towards the fort and up the hills too. Great for plane spotters too And waving at the party boats as they passed on an evening. Would I stay again - absolutely! In fact I’m just looking at my birthday next year …….. We have come back chilled and relaxed and it was just what the Dr ordered.

This hotel has to be one of the best value for money hotels we have stayed in. Named drinks including, Smirnoff, Gordon’s, Heineken and strongbow cider (never had cider all included). Food was delicious, lovely lunch at the fig tree pool restaurant if you don’t fancy the buffet. Huge breakfast choices and 2 A la carte restaurants, which were amazing, fillet steak was tops. Easy to book on app, but you can only book one restaurant at a time, you cannot book another until you’ve had your reservation. BBQ night was outstanding, such hard work was put in to put on a fantastic event, the food was delish. Loads of space and sunbeds so no need to get up early if you don’t want to, even though people still feel the need to reserve them at ridiculous o’clock and then clear off for hours! Pools are lovely and warm and clean, there are 3 outside pools so never felt crowded. Loved the pontoon into the sea even though it was a bit bumpy if the sea was rough. We loved being able to swim in the sea. The room was small but had every thing we needed and it was very clean. Now this is a hotel that attracts probably over 70s the most, we are in our 50s but didn’t bother us as it was so quiet and peaceful, which is just what we wanted being away from work etc. Downsides to hotel are our wifi code never worked so we had to get the hotel password which changes every few days. The all inclusive will run out at the time you checked in! I’ve never come across this, I think it’s a bit mean to make you pay for a last drink or meal if you leave later than the time you checked in. It feels like a bit like you’ve had your holiday so go home! Other than that, we have no complaints, we had a fab time

After an unfortunate start to my holiday with the room I had booked not being available, Nikolitta stepped in and could not have been more apologetic and quickly made amends. From feeling very disappointed, I have come away feeling so sad to leave. My holiday quickly turned into something special and memorable. Charis, you are one in a million, you made me feel so special . Being a solo female , it can be an overwhelming experience, but you Charis, and Nikolitta and so many of the staff were amazing. Sanshilla, thank you for your kind attention in the Al a carte and dining room. The Spa massage was great value and so relaxing. The entertainment was excellent in the main. I cannot wait to return even though I would not usually return to the same hotel, but feel I have made friends, and of course love the cats! My only comments would be about the lack of seafood options, more dishes with shrimp(prawns) would have been good as was very meat heavy. A few of the staff need to work on customer service as a solo traveller. It took a while to get served in the downstairs bar but the rooftop bar staff were attentive and efficient.

A very good hotel in a good location. Adults only so no kiddies. Been here 3 or 4 times now and although showing its age slightly in places it's still one of the better hotels in this area. Rooms are good, bathrooms are smaller and now just showers, but effective. Can't fault much about the hotel except a couple a female reception staff are a bit Surrey. Only 2 and the rest are good. Food is excellent and being AI means you get real choices of where to eat free for everything. Also get late breakfast in separate dining room to 11am. All in all a good place. Came with jet2 on 1 week AI Elite package which cost £3900 so was it VFM?..£242 per person per night, probably just. October is quiet with lots of silver surfers but this is what the hotel caters to.

The hotel was fantastic, I arrived on my birthday and was treated with champagne on arrival, balloons at my room. The food was so good, depending on your package if you can book the Al la Carte part of the restaurant, the choice of food, service was on par with Moon Palace hotel in Mexico (if you ever get to go). The bar staff, Fleix, Micky, to name a few, were fantastic. The hotel staff were brilliant, almost knew my drink order before I even asked. My wife and I will definitely be back again this year if we can,
