The best family hotel. All inclusive. Staff always with a smile. You feel like home. Super clean. Delicious food. Great entertaining shows every day. Special thanks to Ellada and Katerina. They are a big plus for this hotel. Definitely will visit again!!!

Hotel and Staff extremely friendly. Room cosy and clean. We are here for Christmas and New Year not too busy, thankfully. Restaurant was decorated out for Christmas Eve Gala dinner and also New Years Gala dinner. The food looked delicious, especially for meat and Fish eaters. Unfortunately my wife and I are Vegan. This is where people with a Vegan diet are let down so badly, there is no protein based dish to eat, ok there are a lot of vegetables dishes and salad dishes. Although most of the made up salad dishes either had dairy or meat and fish in them. So you end up doing your own salad. We even went to the local supermarket to buy our own vegan cheese, so they could make us a pizza. Vegans pay the same amount for there holiday as meat and fish eaters, but get nowhere the same sort of choice. When will hotels start to accommodate Vegans better, and give them value for money. Cruise ships cater well for vegans. Enough moaning we really do like this hotel this is our fifth visit, very relaxing.

Not brilliant. Food excellent every day, but some other aspects not so good. Entertainment is more Butlins than cruise ship. Christmas eve gala, we were as a couple with another disabled couple Pu on a table as far away from the door and the buffet as you could get. When we complained to the Operations Manager. His attitude was that we should have complained on entering the restaurant. We had previously asked where our table and told "It's allocated and cannot be changed" The attitude to our complaint as two couples where 3 out of four were with limited disabilities, quite frankly stunk. Other hotels in the area, immediately recognised the presence of a disabled person and made the necessary changes, without being asked. Not at all impressed!

Merci à Demitris au bar et Amid Amer au restaurant pour leur excellent service et amabilité qui ont rendus le séjour très agréable. Bonne variété de plats, choix de piscines et balade le long de la mer. Chambre simple, mais se méfier de l emplacement. Peu être bruillant.

Delicious food, amazing pools and very talent entertaining staff

Respectable 4 Star
Majority of hotel staff were helpful and pleasant, the Hotel Manager, Michael, was especially helpful, welcoming and pleasant.
The hotel provides the necessities you would expect in an all inclusive.
There is a need for many maintenance updates. I did have to get my mattress changed due to it being broken in the middle, but the staff were amazing and sorted this out within 10 minutes! Great response.
Food, drink and entertainment is what you would expect of a 4 star hotel, although some food was really great.
Location of hotel for access to the Airport and Waterpark is great, however it is a little out of the way from the harbour and other bars. Although Fiesta Bar is about 10/15 min walk and is a great bar for food, drink and sports.
Hotel was great with accommodating the wedding we attended, effective, efficient and enjoyable.
Would we stay there again, probably not for a week, as we have stayed in other hotels along that ***** and have had more pleasant experiences, not to say this hotel is not worth staying at, just preference.
