亞美尼亞這個國家景色很美，但住宿這一塊真的讓人一言難盡。在攜程提前十多天預訂埃裏温菲爾酒店7月31日發了確認入住。結果當天晚上11點過到埃裏温，酒店前台説沒有房間可以入住！當晚其他酒店也是滿房狀態，弄的我們一家差點露宿街頭！菲兒的前台不但沒有表示出歉意，反而讓我們儘快離開酒店説這是她老闆接的單她也無能為力。弄的我們為了住宿的事折騰到凌晨2點過才有着落，😒在埃裏温訂住宿遠離某華人開的酒店會變的不幸！因為菲爾的訂單被取消，我們被迫不得不住索契這家酒店，噩夢也隨之而來。早上出門給前台説了房間需打掃衞生，且房門鑰匙已給了晚上返回根本沒打掃！酒店方態度很惡劣，不但不打掃衞生。且大半夜酒店員工在我們房間附近走廊弄出噪音讓人無法好好休息，來亞美尼亞訂酒店慎選這家酒店！😡

I don’t remember at all about those that are laid on the floor. For 3 people 1 tube of shampoo. There is no shower gel either. Let's move on to the main thing - the bed. Two pillows on 2 beds. Apparently the child should sleep without a pillow, or one of the adults. Let me make a reservation right away: we traveled together, without a child, and thank God, because with a child I would not have stayed here even for free. The room is smoky, there is no ventilation, the window faces the courtyard, which is not blown through. Hence the lack of proper air conditioning. As for the bed itself, it was impossible to sleep on it; the springs dug into your ribs, and were about to jump out and pierce you. The bed linen was full of holes, both the pillowcases and the sheets. There was a mini-fridge in the room. Apparently used as a bedside table. Since it was empty, and when turned on it turned out that it was not working either. During the day the temperature never dropped below 22 degrees. If after this you still want to go there, then here is some more information for you. Nobody cares about you. Whether you exist or not, it doesn't matter. I took exactly 24 hours to get the second bath towel. 3 calls every 7 hours. Until the shift changed, no one brought a towel. Room cleaning? Not. Did not hear. In 3 days the room was entered 0 times. Dust is apparently a touch of luxury. They took out the trash themselves. They wiped the floor themselves. Accordingly, when the shampoo ran out a day later, the story with the towel repeated itself. This time it was no longer the reception who were waiting for shampoo to be given out. Now about breakfast, if you are still interested. He was. Dry cereal, boiled egg, omelette. Fresh vegetables, some fruits such as watermelon and grapes. Milk. Just pour tea into the storage tank and ground coffee into a cup and pour boiling water over it. There are no coffee machines. One good thing is that you can drink tea and coffee at any time of the day. True, if the bags and coffee are left over from breakfast. If they are not there, then you will simply be told that they are not there. Summarizing the above, I can recommend this hotel to a smoking man traveling alone, who will simply wash himself in the room and, having drunk heavily on alcohol, will fall asleep.
