Из плюсов:
1) большая площадь
2) потрясающий вид из окна
3) хорошая терасса, где можно посидеть на свежем воздухе.
Минусы:
1)Не ловит WiFI в спальне
2)Нет принадлежностей для чистки зубов, видимо потому что это не отель
3)Лифтовая шахта оказалась за стеной спальни и сильно слышен лифтовой механизм всю ночь, пришлось спать на диване.
4)Когда заселялся сказали идет ремонт на крыше. Но оказалось там идет полноценная стройка с перфорацией, сносом конструкций и строительством новых. Целый день под звук перфоратора и снос стен было невозможно, даже диван и стол вибрировал. Работы только начали , поэтому в ближайшее время крайне не рекомендую 12 этаж(если конечно не приходите только поспать).

Очень остались довольны апартаментами! Каждый день меняли полотенца и халаты. Даже посуду, оставленную в мойке, помыли)
Вид на горы просто потрясающий был!
Из минусов могу только сказать, что было шумновато, слабая звукоизоляция и не удобно добираться пешком до центра, поэтому ездили на такси, благо здесь оно не дорогое.
Обязательно вернемся еще!

Отличный номер с видом на Арарат, приятно пить кофе с утра на балконе. Есть все для комфортного проживания: полный комплект посуды, чай, кофе, сахар, специи , масло. Красивая душевая с шампунем и гелем для душа, халаты и тапочки. Все, как заявлено. Уброка на 5+, очень обрадовались, когда пришли уставшие с экскурсии, а посуда помыта. Администратор на ресепшн помогла оформить поздний выезд. Хочпется поблагодарить весь персонал отеля за прекрасный отдых. Если в Армению, то только к вам.

Мы бронировали апартаменты с двумя спальнями. Внутри сделан красивый и качественный ремонт. Постельное бельё отличного качества. Для приготовления и приёма пищи предусмотрено много посуды. Также есть тапочки, белые халаты и полотенца — всё очень добротное и приятное.
В апартаментах много источников освещения, благодаря чему в помещениях создаётся уютная атмосфера. Есть удобная зона для работы.
Санузел просторный, душевая кабина широкая и удобная. С балкона открывается прекрасный вид, на балконе есть мебель для отдыха. В целом нам всё очень понравилось.
Рядом находится торговый центр, что оказалось очень удобно.
Отдельно хочется отметить девушек на ресепшене — они очень вежливые и гостеприимные. Нам было приятно останавливаться здесь. Мы обязательно вернёмся ещё раз и с удовольствием рекомендуем это место.

Классный апарт-отель! Стильный ремонт. Удобное расположение. Рядом торговый центр, рынок! А вид из балкона…! В хорошую погоду видно гору Арарат!!! Завораживающий вид! Обслуживание круглосуточно! Уборка ежедневно! Спасибо персоналу отвечали на любой вопрос! Рекомендую!

Нам очень понравилось в Ris dalma.
Расположен очень удобно! Рядом хороший Молл с обменником с супермаркетом.
В апартах есть все ! Посуда полностью вся! Видно кстати утром Арарат! В общем довольны на 100%
Персонал тоже очень отзывчивый и заботливый !

Хорошие, стильные апартаменты. Большая площадь. Все новое. Обслуживание отличное, до центра на такси 15 минут - 200 рублей (1000 драм). Завод Арарат в пешей доступности.
