Nice place with great ambience and beautiful serene views. Both the restaurants serve delicious food. The buffet breakfast menu was also good. Rimpi, Nithiya and Chef Shive were kind polite and courteous. Overall great service . We had an amazing stay.

Location and room stay was nice. Swimming fool view is awesome. But disappointed with 1. Swimming fool dirty water
2. Food taste was not to the mark what they were charged.

The setting and the atmosphere was very good . The drinks and food was upto the mark.it is been setup facing an view that is just amazing.The drinks ,especially salem alphonsa and Washington green apple cocktail. Staffs nithya and rimpi were excellent and was extremely cooperative and helpful.

For a 3-star hotel i expected the bare minimum. There were no activities. The bed sheets were stained and had holes in them. Poor room service. They couldn't even bring coffee in the morning. They couldn't bring ice. The plates and silverware were not clean. The dj's speaker was not good. Both of the restaurants were good but they did not even have to go boxes. Morning breakfast buffet was not organized and there was a lack of staff to coordinate. Food was good. No place for handwash, you had to go to the restroom to handwash. The bathroom did not have soap and smelled horrible. Not worth the money at all, stay elsewhere.
