I have booked for Premium room which is larger in size but eventually when I got it is very smaller when I enquired mentioned me as studio room.
Food is not that great even after having a food next day stomach got upset.
Only plus point is view from Room

We recently stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque views from the hotel. The food was excellent, and the hospitality was commendable. However, the surroundings of the rooms could have been better maintained. Timely cleaning would help prevent disturbances caused by monkeys.

Positive Feedback: The service provided by Hotel staff are good and supportive. Areas for Improvement: Car Parking: The parking space is quite limited, accommodating only around 10 cars in the front area. This poses a challenge, especially during peak times. Room Size: The rooms felt small and congested for a family consisting of two adults and two grown-up children. Pricing & Food: Room rates are generally on the higher side, and they increase significantly during peak seasons. The food and buffet options were not very impressive, with repetitive menus that can become monotonous during longer stays. View & Amenities: On a positive note, the hill/valley view is excellent, and the additional amenities are satisfactory.

I had a wonderful experience at Sterling, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Surya, the Culinary Executive, and Vishnu exceptional hospitality. Surya ensured every meal was perfect - delicious food with that extra personal touch that made all the difference. His passion for food and guest satisfaction, always ready to help with a smile truly stood out. Vishnu’s courteous and prompt service added so much comfort to our stay. He was always available with a warm smile and went out of his way to make sure we felt at home. Thank you for making our visit memorable. Property in yercaud was really good with a scenic view, food prepared by chef surya and team was really exquisite and the service provided by vishnu and mohan was also very courteous All in all the whole experience was delightful. Best part of the stay was the view it was unbeatable
