We got a free upgrade to penthouse and the experience was amazing. Clean and comfortable rooms with great valley views. Variety of indoor and outdoor activities available.

Rooms are spacious, view from valley view rooms are amazing, good staff, delicious food. Buffet spread is really good with both veg and non vegetarian food. Overall very good resort for family trip. They even have few indoor games which I enjoyed with my son

Nice property.. courteous staff.. we chose valley view room.. instantly relaxed when we stepped inside the property..good food,grat amenities..some improvements needed in swimming pool area .. excellent nature views around ........

The rooms are good, the atmosphere is good, and the cleanliness is good. But only thing the food is not that great. Some of the foods are not very tasty. I have had food from GRT Chennai so many times. The food here in Chennai is very good. It wasn't that great in Yercaud. Please take it as valuable feedback.

We went with our infant and felt very comfortable Hospitality was top notch Rooms were clean neat and comfortable Baby food was provided whenever required which was very fresh and tasty They even packed and gave me food for baby from buffet Morning complimentary buffet had variety of dishes and all were yummy Evening high tea also had good variety of snacks Dinner buffet menu was also good Overall it was a very memorable and pleasant stay for us

I recently stayed at Great Trails . While the overall experience was great, there were a couple of drawbacks. The pet charges were much higher than expected, and the frequent presence of monkeys around the property made us a bit uncomfortable.However, the stunning hilltop views, delicious food, and warm hospitality more than made up for it. Special thanks to Mr. Sakthivel for a smooth check-in and to Mr. Ramu at the restaurant for his excellent service. The staff were friendly and during my stay, I was in need of sanitary pads and the hotel provided their own GRT pads, which turned out to be among the best I’ve ever used.The evening bonfire was a lovely highlight. Despite a few issues, it’s still one of the best stays I’ve had in Yercaud. Recommended!

Excellent property to stay in Yercaud. Everything was fine here starting from check in to check out. Rooms are spacious and excellent. Food was really magnificent. Room amenities are really wonderful. Fun games conducted was superb. Every staff here are very polite and in friendly manner

The overall stay was amazing. The property is in a great location with a nice view. The staff are super friendly and give great suggestions on things you can do around Yercaud. They also arrange a safari through a jungle to a coffee plantation that was built by Charles Dickens, which was bit expensive but interesting. 2 negative points for me would be. 1) the food quality was good but not great, compared to other GRT properties and 2) we stayed on the penthouse property which was on the top and the view was great, but it was directly below the main terrace where you would constantly have other guests chit-chatting or even throw food and cigarettes into our balcony. Would not recommend the top room. But overall it was a great experience. It would be great if they can fix the above 2 points.

Excellent location and views.. Great property and staff... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Experienced misty climate usually associated with other hill stations... My 7 year old son Joe liked the activities at this hotel... My wife and I enjoyed the views and my mother ( 75+ ) also found this place really nice...
