The hotel stay was great.. food could improve especially in the variety of in room dining menu and in taste for Chinese and North Indian food. Breakfast spread and taste was excellent. We had also taken spa and it was very comfortable. There are variety of activities that you can engage in.

Amazing stay , thank to the entire team starting from GM till the security guards very keen in guest experience. Ramu , Mani in the restaurant were amazing and also that akka in the restaurant keen on every bit of guest needs. Spa ladies was very good , activity centre and the boys who takes of that are very helpful and very attentive. Special thanks to chef Siva dnd his team made our four time meal very special. House keeping team made our stay memorable and my son enjoyed the core. Thanks for everything srini and team thanks for all your support. Have a great year ahead.

The Rooms are spacious and everything is comfortable here. The staffs are extremely kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast is variety and delicious. There are also many activities available to cater whole family. Will come again next time.

Had a great time at Great Trails by GRT. Excellent welcoming by the employees. They were very comforting and greeted with smile. The security was so welcoming, he showed utmost care everytime we enter the venue. The respect they give the customer should be highly rated and it was a heart warming stay for our family. The location is pristine and the rooms were neat and well maintained. Food was very good for most parts. It was a nice buffet spread. We stayed at the valley view room.

LOCATION IS AMAZING . PROPERTY CAN DO WITH SOME RENOVATION. APART FROM THAT IT WAS GOOD. Keep your balconies closed as monkey's can make a surprise visit😅

I recently stayed at great trails yercaud by grit hotels for a weekend getaway and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is located in a picturesque setting with breathtaking views of mountains, which made the entire stay feel like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
