1. The rooms were terrible. There was a foul stench coming from the damp walls. The bathroom was devoid of basic things like soap, shampoo etc
2. The place played loud music in the evening creating crazy commotion.
3. There's no network in the room
4. Theres no WiFi in room
5. The Tv was not working
6. No proper power back up. The lights kept going and coming. On top of that the staff is lazy , uninformed and clueless. The food is probably the worst I have ever had and only after requesting they managed to hear it and serve at the restaurant

Beautiful property in good location. I loved the calmness of the location. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food was good too

House keeping services need to improve an an lot. Food is very costly but quality wise little good. Windows glass are slightly damaged so cold air get inside in night and it harms the health.

The stay located in very please and calm place in between the mountains. Good food and ambience. Highly recommended. Only concern is walls in the rooms needed little more care. Since its a hill station, maintaining should be done as per the climate.

Over all good experience. Supportive and very good staffs. Clean and specious rooms with required amenities. But very limited food options.
