It was too narrow and uncomfortable for 3 adults to use. The dryer's dust net fell off, making it noisy and leaving dust on clothes. I wouldn't recommend it for the price.

Although the majong is small and well-equipped, the small house is very complete with kitchen utensils and basically everything. When you open the door at night, you can see the sky full of stars. Unfortunately, the heater in our room is broken. It is very cold at night and the room is not very clean.

Great stay... Love Sapphire.... Super Clean! The Pines is close to Downtown Sedona for shopping, dining and just enjoying the small town among the Red Rocks. Everyone is so Friendly and welcoming. There are many restaurants to choose from or just to have a cold drink. We liked the patio at Canyon Breeze and the view there is breathtaking. It gets a little hot but the mornings and evenings are very pleasant for hiking and sightseeing. From the Pines its an easy drive to Jerome an old mining town with lots of shops and a fun place to go. The Grand Canyon is about 2 hours away and an easy day trip or tour if you want something guided. Next time we'll do a jeep tour of Sedona with Pink Jeep Tours. We took the Verde Valley Train and recommend that as well. Sedona is amazing and Sapphire Resorts made it all affordable.

Resort was clean, friendly, quiet. The pool is really nice. I loved the additional evening activities, flute, yoga healing music and learning about vortexes. Very soothing environment.

I spoke with Jennifer on the phone before I made my reservation regarding some specific questions about the resort. Jennifer was very helpful confirming that the huge pool was open and that there was an Italian restaurant on site. The food was excellent and they had live music in a sitting area outside the restaurant. I stayed in cottage 225 which was right across from the pool. This unit had the creek and a pond with water features right next to it. I went to sleep each night of my 5 night stay listening to the sounds of the water features. Tina was very helpful at the front desk as well with some additional requests I had. The cottage was great with my own kitchen ( no oven ) and sitting area and separate bedroom with large soaking tub. I will definitely stay here again! Safeway Sedona 4 miles away.

Si normalmentte madrugas para trabajar este lugar no es la mejor opcion para dormir la mañana y despertarte a las 10 am pues ya el sol te pone la habitacion de dia a las 4 de la mañana y no puedes dormir

We recently stayed here since we live 2 1/2 hours away and didn't want to contend with traffic in the morning on the way to Sedona. The outside of the resort is nice as are the amenities. The people that work there that we had interaction with were also kind. We found the photos however, deceiving. When you go inside it's very narrow, so it feels like you're in a dated camper. on the queen bed you're only given two pillows and they did not have enough fill so I could not sleep all night and neither could my husband. So the next day we were exhausted when we went out on our hike. I would recommend that they provide a couple more pillows, accurate photos showing how incredibly narrow the space is, and updating the inside.

Do not book here unless you like cockroaches. I had a huge cockroach crawling on me in bed. This was so disgusting and unhygienic. The management would not give me any money back. They just trfd me to another cottage. Also watch out for the timeshare speech

This was our 5th time and enjoyed it as much as we did the first. The grounds are very well kept and the adults only lagoon/whirlpool was relaxing. The individual units are small but work nicely for 2 people with a weeks worth of clothes.
