I have never been so scared on a holiday , didn’t feel safe at all in the hotel . All inclusive it is not they give you times to eat the food inedable , the spa what’s supposed to be included and pay for some extra . NO . The bar service awful asked for a certain drink the bar man said no and gave us the cheapest version . Wasn’t there 24 hours got the next flight out of there . Situated next to a military baraks . My daughter is 18 she wouldn’t go out the room . Decor is so dated for a 4* hotel I would say more like a 2* NEVER AGAIN

J’avais déjà écrit un avis sur cet hôtel, et je pense très clairement, qu’au vu de la note qui lui attribué, les avis ont été achetés pour augmenter la moyenne. Je ne vois vraiment pas comment cet hôtel aurait pu bénéficier de la note qui lui est considéré aujourd’hui !

The review site only lists up to 5 stars, I would have gladly given higher scores and paid more for the week. From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic! From the reception team to the waiters. We were treated like family and made to feel so welcome, I was almost upset to come home. The food was very diverse, and if you could find nothing to eat, it was because you are way too fussy. The guy they had arranging the trips out gave us very sound advice the first day, and the short trips out were fun.

The rooms were nice and the staff were lovely, they always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, food was good, the spa was good and the prices were great, they warn you about the guys in the town who try and scam you, always say there the chef from your hotel and take you to a shop and get charged far too much, would definitely come back again.

We needed a peaceful time away during the off season and thought to try Tunisia. We were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome and the staff looked after us throughout our stay. The spa services were excellent. Activities were limited in the hotel and the local area as it was off season, but that suited us fine.

Hôtel calme, séjour tranquille .pas plus Personnels chaleureux hôtel à moitié fermé ou accès limité Clientèle très âgée ( on dirait une maison de retraite : il y a même du personnels avec uniformes dédiés à l’accompagnement de certaines personnes) Nourriture non variée (quelques plats,quelques salades) Petit déjeuner très maigre!!! Rien à choisir :le strict nécessaire
