The Mirage Resort & SPA

After reading a number of reviews about this hotel being more suited for European customer. As a British Muslim me and my friends had the best time here. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Mais could not do enough for us and Murad on the front desk was amazingly helpful. All the staff go above and beyond The resort is one of the best I have ever stayed in the room was immaculate the food was very tasty and a great selection everyday. I will definitely be coming back here.

Really big hotel, the pools was amzing and all the staff that serve food and drink are brilliant. we stayed in one of the chalet towards the beach and the smell in the room was terrible. shower didnt work and had to hold it over my head and water went everywhere. bed was really big and nice but no where to hang your clothes so left them in the sultcase. we went with another famliy and they stayed in the main building and there room was really nice. The food is not bad but its the samething nearly every night, after a few days you get sick of it. i like chicken but by the end of the holiday id had enough lol our waiter sassy was really nice and would do anything for us and kept my wine topped up! At the night there is nothing really to do just one show at around 9.30 which is all geared to the fench, we couldnt understand a word most nights. even if you wanted to go out the hotel and walk around there is nothing to see and you dont feel safe. adel serverd us drinks most nights and was really nice guy and had a good laugh with us. probably the best waiter iv ever had when going away There is a shop in the hotel which sells everything but Alcohol which i never understood, the beer at the bars are ok but anything else is not good. vodka doesnt taste like vodka so ended up buying from the bar which you have to pay and you can get real JD and coke. beach is ok only problem is the same guy trying to sell you the same blanket over and over again lol Its definitely not a 5 star hotel, between 2/3 id say but the pool area is a 5 and its not a uk hotel to go to id say unless you speak french

Honestly I never ever write review and I’m writing this whilst still on my holiday and unfortunately still at this hotel but I’m shocked and have never experienced a holiday like this but don’t bother, one can do much better. A so called 5 star hotel…. More like 3. Where to begin ….. the bedroom doesn’t have a drain, there’s a hole on the floor which stinks of sewer, crack down the bedroom wall, the bedside lamp is literally hanging on by a wire, the lights flicker in both the bedroom and toilet. The room is literally in the middle of nowhere around the back with little to no lighting to guide you there so good luck finding your room at night. Worst of all some of the staff are bloody rude, blunt, patronising and frankly disrespectful, never have I been spoken to with the attitude I’ve had here, it’s disgusting and won’t be coming back, won’t be recommending to anyone, I could honestly continue for hours ranting about this place and I hate becoming the person that has left a poor review but frankly wish I had read the reviews before booking.
