Je viens de passer 5 jours en famille et j étais agréablement surpris du nouveau look de l hôtel une nouvelle equipe de cuisine d animation extraordinaire je pense que le Chichkhan a repris son charme et son éclat qu on a connu il y a des années surtout que je suis un habitué de cette hôtel vu l emplacement la grande piscine les belles chambres c est vrai que il y a deux ans le service était médiocre mais maintenant c est exceptionnel et je reviendrai merci a toute l equipe

Tout était insalubres ,le nettoyage a été abandonné depuis ma première visite deux ans auparavant ,des saletés remontaient du siphon pendant la douche ,y’avait pas d’eau chaude et un problème d’odeur ,les toilettes de la piscine étaient 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 C’est vraiment dommage

Avoid this hotel! I was with my family in August 2023, no food, no drink on all inclusive! The staff tried their best, but the owners and hotel manager were not helpful at all! It's an abandoned hotel. Very dirty, even rotten. Room Not made. No soap no shampoo no towel. No fridge. No Air Conditioner. We have asked reception several times, there are always problems. We had to change the room twice. No light in the corridors. Difficult to find your way around the hotel, it's a real labyrinth. Hoooorrible
