The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great.
The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...)
Biggest weakness:
1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho.
2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that)
3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

L’accueil a été particulièrement désagréable. Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant manquait totalement de chaleur et de professionnalisme, je suis venu légèrement en retard par rapport au diner, ils m'ont carrément envoyé balader, malgré sue j'ai payé une pension complète. Aucun effort pour informer ou accompagner les clients, ce qui gâche complètement la première impression. Pour un hôtel palace qui se veut accueillant, c’est vraiment regrettable. Quant à la chambre, meuble cassé. Réfrigérateur aussi, rien à avoir avec les photos, et quand j'ai réclamé, ils m'ont dit on ne peut rien pour vous c'est complet. Alors que j'ai poiroté pendant une heure à attendre ma chambre et ils ont fait passer d'autres personnes arrivées après moi. Ce soit disant cinq étoile, je ne lui donnerai même pas 1 seule étoile.

I had a wonderful vacation there and i would 100% recommend it everything is so good especially the activities there such as karaoke and aqua gym with the wonderful and cute coach called emna IMo really thank herr you GUYS should meet her finally i had so much fun. Its the best journey ive ever had in my life❤️❤️
