I highly recommend this hotel,especially the entertainment team ,Sabrina and the other members,my kids loved to attend the mini disco and the kids club activities organised during the day.Also the restaurant team and the Berbecue bar staffs.The food was very good and diversified .We also want to thank to the cleaner lady who cleaned our room ,the swimming pool staff and the spa team.We also enjoyed the Christmas dinner and The New Year dinner,the staff went above and beyond to make customers feels welcomed.Overall, we were pleased with this hotel and the location of this one.

Excellent personnels dans ts les départements de l'hôtel ! du pâge au Directeur ?!!!... Même les ( 2 Patrons frères Bou Sarsare )sont super gentilles & très Modéste ?!!! Je ss un enancien Hôtelier & Gastronôme vivant en Allemagne ?!!! G visité 3 fois cet hôtel & je reviendrais sûrement ?!!! M.H.Ouertani !!!

I stayed for 9 nights in this so called 5 star hotel.. may I add the kitchen staff and the bar staff was so nice and always happy to help cleaners was also excellent. However the most important is always the front desk as people are getting of a plane and need a room and a shower and a rest. I felt the front staff didnt want to know.. neither did they smile or make you feel welcome. They really need re training. The hotel was a 3 star at the best.. gym had 1 running machine and 1 bench and 3 dumbells..however I feel you can boom cheaper and nicer hotels in Hammmet. The staff here dont care if you come or go.. that's what makes you feel good .but unfortunately this hotel needs new staff.
