Terrible experience
Unfriendly reception and rude cleaning ladies

Bed linen and towels are not exchanged

The hotel we are staying at claims to be five-star, but in reality, it is more like a three-star at best. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned a villa-type room. When we lay down on the bed, it was covered in ants. The hotel then moved us to an interior room. However, in this second room, a lizard was sitting on the wall, which terrified my roommate and me. When we called reception, a staff member entered the room without knocking to remove the animal, which was very alarming, especially since there were only two of us. It has been only a few hours since we checked in, and we have already faced serious issues. Having stayed in many hotels, I can confidently say I have never experienced one this poorly managed. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

I visited the hotel in September with my girlfriend. Everything was excellent from the very beginning. The food was good, and the service was very friendly and responsive. The hotel's standout feature was the entertainment staff, who performed their duties flawlessly, always smiling, eager to chat, and having fun.

The hotel has old furniture but it’s okay in general. The pools are great, the beach not so much. There are a lot of algae and jellyfish in the sea. There is no beach bar, you have to come to the hotel to get drinks which is far. The food in the hotel is very plain and I did not like it. It’s only Tunisian cuisine and has nothing for the people coming from other countries, not salted or seasoned enough and sometimes undercooked. Unpleasant smell is spreading from the kitchen into the rooms. The staff were great, they are all nice, very warm and welcoming. The entertainers were also great, they are very positive guys who make sure you do not get bored. There were a lot of things to do like darts, volleyball, football and much more. Overall not a 5 star hotel.

*During my SECOND trip this year , i like to mention that my room was always extra clean + was under extra care with Daily amenities . Thanks to Mrs Dalia , Hakima and Nagla . ***Also Great Appreciation for The Top Uppermost Management ; as kindly He has provided the standard Hospitality to my family and this encouraged me to Return back AGAIN after 10 days ( from Geneva) to enjoy my THIRD trip in * Le Royal * [ 3 Visits in a year ]

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Le Royal Hammamet. The hotel itself is beautiful, with several swimming pools that are very well maintained and enjoyable. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children, so there’s always something to do. The food is varied and delicious, there’s something for everyone, no matter your taste. The desserts are also excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to the animation team, who really made the whole experience unforgettable. They are fun, energetic, and full of ideas. During the day they organize different activities such as archery, water polo, darts, and aqua gym. In the evenings, they put on various shows and events, from karaoke nights to traditional Tunisian evenings and competitions, ensuring every night was entertaining. Overall, I am more than satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I would definitely love to come back again!
