I recently stayed at the Tui Magic life Hotel while on business and was extremely pleased with my experience. Conveniently located in the heart of the city center, this hotel offers easy access to major tourist attractions as well as business districts.
The hotel facilities are modern and well maintained. My room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of work.
The customer service was exceptional. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and always ready to respond to my requests. Room service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant staff was attentive to my needs during my meals.
Additionally, the hotel offers a range of facilities and services to make the stay even more enjoyable, including a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa and a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options for everyone. tastes.
Overall my stay at the Hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation when visiting the area. I can't wait to go back on my next trip

J’ai passé 7 jours dans cet Hôtel en famille et c’est excellent! L’un des meilleurs hotels que j’ai visité. La nourriture était excellente variée et délicieuse, les serveurs et les chefs sont vraiment gentils et serviables. L’animation est magnifique, chaque jour il y a une soirée et plein d’activités pour les adultes et les enfants. Les animateurs sont chaleureux et souriants. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Pierwszy wyjazd do Tunezji i od razu strzał w dziesiątke!!! Magic Life to idealny wybór dla osób aktywnych, w Africanie dodatkowo mogliśmy liczyć na ultra bogatą ofertę sportów wodnych. Pływanie na bananie, narty wodne, a nawet katamaran ( dla mających licencję), wszystko było w cenie. Obsługa sportów wodnych z panem Omarem na czele była wzorowa. Mąż zrobił w trakcie wyjazdu kurs na katamaran i razem ze znajomymi mogliśmy pływać w dwie rodziny w tym samym czasie. Pyszne jedzenie, świeże ryby, owoce morze, każdy z nas znalazł coś dla siebie Najlepszy na świecie zespół animatorów, lekcje tańca, joga, stretching, luki, a nawet lekcje tenisa z profesjonalnym trenerem tenisa Farisem (na różnych poziomach), wszystko bylo na najwyższym poziomie. Hotel oferuje wiele różnych zajęć, np. zwiedzanie kuchni. Można było zobaczyć, z jak świeżych i lokalnych produktów korzystają, naszą grupę oprowadzał wyjątkowy Hedi, jego poczucie humoru i super życzliwość do wszystkich gości były wyjątkowe. Teren hotelu był zadbany, roślinność jak z bajki. Jedyny minus, jaki mogę dać, jest A prysznic. wow where do I start this is the best Christmas and new year ive ever had, the hotel the staff the decorations the food the shows everything absolutely amazing we are coming back thanks to the manager, lativa, Mario, ekram and all the rest of the team the spa is beautiful helped me with my aches and pains hotel orders a taxi if you need anything nothing is too much for them, I was,very sad to leave after enjoying everyday and the Christmas market was amazing at the hotel and FREE lol . memories ive made forever that ill cherish, beautiful clean rooms ❤️ oh and not to forget hedi wow he made me laugh so much everyday I couldn't look at him without laughing ❤️ and most of all I haveca boy with autism and he took to assistant manager lativa who is such a beautiful lady that goes out her way too make everyone happy he was always happy when he saw her, thankyou everyone and see you all soon ❤️ xxx

Je viens de rentrer de l'hôtel Magic life Africana dont je suis cliente fidèle depuis des années mais je suis vraiment très déçue vu la qualité de service qui s'est nettement dégradée. les chambres sont sales, des insectes et des araignées dans les murs, beaucoup de poussière partout, sanitaire vieillot et à refaire, bruit jusqu'à une heure du matin et à partir de 6h par les femmes de chambre. la piscine chauffée est froide, la salle de sport est dans un état catastrophique aucun appareil ne fonctionne. personnel pas poli et ne respecte pas ses clients. Pas d'animation du tout pendant les 3 jours de mon séjour; même les salons de la réception et du bar sont déchirée et avec des draps dessus pour cacher la saleté mais vraiment à ce prix là et vous osez faire cela même dans un 3 étoiles on respecte mieux ses clients. le seul point positif est la bouffe. Bref je ne mettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas d'être dans cette chaine de renommée.
