預訂人跟登記入住不是同一個人，在前台知曉預訂名字電話與登記入住名字電話不一致的情況下，衹登記了一個人，預訂人未登記，辦理入住時，前台看了預訂訊息，半夜12點，工作人員敲門，直接總卡刷開，不是掛了防盜鏈直接推門就進去了，説與登記入住人聯繫過了，登記入住人説沒有預訂入住，然後跟我對登記入住的電話號碼，然而我當晚並未接到任何電話，之後我又打電話回去，讓她自己看着號碼再確定一次，前台説系統原因。怎麼怎麼樣。登記入住號碼不是自己手寫的嗎，跟系統有什麼關係，半夜睡着睡着門被刷開了，真的是太恐怖了，不知道想幹嘛
