這家酒店和全季共用一棟樓，下樓過馬路就是金沙灘，方便度很高。並且房間很大，有外景陽台，景色是沒話説的。5分環境給在酒店外景陽台，但我老公説安全性很差，人可以輕易從隔壁房，陽台外平台進入房間。
1.房間內部裝修很廉價，訂酒店時看名字不錯，還是連鎖酒店，就定了。但是沒有連鎖酒店的標準，價格和房型比較對標，怪自己沒有考慮清楚一分價錢一分貨這個道理
2.衞生情況很差，房間很大，打掃不到位，陪小朋友到二樓躺在床墊上，發現地方有好多頭髮，還有白頭髮，我頭髮是少，但我沒白頭髮。
3.床上的枕套懷疑沒有換（沒有摺疊過的摺痕，看起來像用過的）但是我的家人秉承：好賴一宿，多一事不如少一事。沒有要求重新換
4.我家兩歲多的小朋友吃壞了肚子，也可能水土不服，入住當天晚上吐了。第二天上午也沒精神，早上出去逛了一圈回來後，10點左右又想睡覺，當天我定的酒店在煙台市區朝陽街附近，車程要30分鐘，有點遠。
我打前台電話溝通，問能不能延遲到2點退房，前台説不可以，客人比較多。我又問能不能延遲到1點，小朋友不舒服，一般要睡2個小時，睡醒我們就走。依舊回覆不可以延遲，就像機器人一樣的機械回覆。
不是因為沒滿足我的要求而對服務差評，而是對酒店毫不考慮顧客情況進行差評。

房間是新的，很乾凈很大，大窗，視線特別好，通風好，看海喝茶，很舒服。還沒進入旺季，酒店給免費升級了，很好的體驗🤞

衞生：海邊本身就不好維護…還可以了…

房間很好，服務也好，主動給了小童牙刷小童拖鞋，窗外就是沙灘大海，可以看日落🌇，退潮可以趕海抓小螃蟹，退房給了貼心伴手禮，就是附近吃飯不方便，外賣倒是很方便😄

海景非常棒，過馬路就是金沙灘，後沙廣場，服務人員都比較熱情有禮貌，帶小孩的可以在前台借挖沙工具，有自助洗衣機，比較方便。和全季在一棟樓。缺點是小房間沒有空調出風口。
