Really good. My first time staying at Orang Hotel chain. Super clean, superb staff and superb breakfast buffet. I would choose to stay with Orange Hotel again in other places in China.

服務非常周到！剛下車就接到了酒店打來的電話指路，還送了小朋友糖果～大堂有迎賓飲料，房間很温馨，早餐也很豐富，車站也近，以後來煙台玩，還是會首選這裏。

衞生：房間衞生間有比較大的尿騷味，換了房依然有。
環境：普通連鎖酒店，房間非常小。
服務：前台微笑服務還是非常好的，有問必答，聽我們第二天趕早班火車，餐廳阿姨還主動説會幫忙打包早餐給我們帶走。
設施：這個硬傷和酒店員工都無關。訂了兩間，一間下水道堵的，另一間門鎖壞了把我反鎖在房間內了，前台小姐姐馬上過來處理，結果進來以後和我們一起又被鎖裏面，小姐姐當機立斷給我換了對面房間；很不幸第二天我們新換的房間空調不給力房間超級悶，給前台打電話，來了一位帥哥（貌似還算帶病工作很驚艷），也是第一時間給我們升級換房，這才踏實睡了一晚趕上了早班火車。
再次感謝桔子的工作人員，強烈建議集團公司給設施硬件升級，也避免工作人員被硬件牽連不斷的去向客人説抱歉。
