The hotel's service was heartwarming from the moment I stepped into the lobby. Check-in was efficient, and Monica at the front desk was excellent. The room itself was even more impressive. The bedding was just the right amount of firmness and softness, and it felt like sinking into a cloud. The soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the hot water flowed quickly. The natural fragrance of the toiletries was exceptionally fresh and comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and the staff was very responsive. I'd definitely stay again.

給免費升級了房間，服務特別好。我媽媽歲數大了，比較怕冷，再加上煙台這幾天一直下雨，打電話給前台隨口説了一下，結果過了一會兒竟然送來一台取暖器！非常暖心了，感謝工作人員。早餐也特別豐盛，種類很多，味道也很好。

酒店設施、房間物品都很新，但是剛進房間還是有很重的味道，開空調會好很多；早餐很豐富，還是很推薦的；但是客房服務一般，我們連住兩天，第二天早上10左右出門遊玩，晚上8點左右才回到酒店，打開房門驚呆了，出門前什麼樣，回來就還是什麼樣，一點沒有收拾整理的痕跡，哪怕不換床單被套，也要換毛巾浴巾，收拾垃圾之類的吧……給前台打去電話讓換毛巾，還説明瞭房間一整天沒有人收拾，她説瞭解下情況，然後安排人員。過了十分鐘左右吧，一位客房人員拿來了兩條小毛巾，沒錯，就是毛巾，也沒有浴巾方巾什麼的，我又一次表述了我的需求，所有毛巾、浴巾都要換；又過了十分鐘左右吧，來了另一位客房人員螞蟻搬家搬的換了毛巾、一次性用具，然後簡單的收拾了垃圾…怎麼説呢，一個算中高端的酒店實在不應該出現這種情況！

這次入住真的太滿意了，從早餐到服務都讓人覺得特別貼心。早餐是最大亮點，中西結合得特別到位，中式的粥品、包子、熱炒品類齊全，西式的麪包、培根、現磨咖啡也很新鮮，不管偏愛哪種口味都能吃得滿足，完全不用糾結選擇。
入住時酒店還主動贈送了小水果，新鮮又精緻，瞬間感受到了誠意。晚上路過一樓大廳，試了下本地啤酒，口感很醇厚，帶着獨特的本地風味，疲憊時喝一杯特別解壓。
最值得誇的還是服務，不管是前台辦理入住，還是路過時工作人員的問候，都特別熱情周到，有需求迴應也很及時，全程沒有任何不適感。工作人員隨叫隨到，前台Monica服務熱情，貼心周到，下次有機會再來還住這。
另外，酒店的24小時健身房和自助洗衣房真的很加分！隨時想運動都沒問題，衣服也能及時清洗，對出行的人來説太方便了。下次來這邊，肯定還選這家！

房間很好，酒店剛營業，整體裝修都很新，房間很乾凈，床上用品浴巾等等都是新的，會有淡淡的裝修味道但完全不影響入住，房間裏還貼心地配了空氣凈化器，入住體驗直接拉滿☝☝☝
