The historical House has it s Charme but looks a Bit run down. Needs urgent Renovation. The Location is very Central at a Tourist Spot - Tourist Busses just Park in front of the Building. If you arrive in the evening there don’t be anybody to welcome you, it s Self Check in. The Room was smelly from the tubes of the bathroom which is directly placed in the bathroom. There was a hole in the ceiling. Walls Are thin. No tea cup available, and the roof top Café Never opened. Thanks god there s a Starbucks just near. The Room and bed. was clean . I d recommend a refurbishment and to take away the
Garbage and boxes from the yard and a Little Bit of care !

這次的體驗簡直滿分！從踏入民宿的瞬間就被温馨的氛圍包圍，房間佈置超有格調，細節之處盡顯用心——ins風的裝飾、柔軟蓬鬆的床品、充滿設計感的小擺件，隨手一拍都能出片📸！
民宿位置也很便利，附近景點、商場步行就能到，出行特別方便🚗。
衞生方面更是無可挑剔，角角落落都一塵不染，完全沒有衞生死角！整體住下來舒適度拉滿，感覺像回到自己家一樣自在～強烈推薦給大家，下次來這邊還會選擇這裏！🌟

房間很有特色，地理位置非常好，對面就是朝陽街，後面就是煙台山在，電視空調一應俱全，被品毛巾乾淨衞生，沐浴露洗髮水味道也很舒服，唯一不足是沒有電梯，需要提着箱子上二樓，但店主會幫着提箱子也還好。店主推薦的酒店和趕海地都很不錯，推薦入住

環境：哇這個藏在郵局裡的民宿好棒啊，如果和朋友來在房間裏拍照都很出片，他們還有個露台能直接看到煙台山燈塔，地理位置簡直優秀，下樓就是朝陽街，穿過朝陽街就是所城裡，離海濱沿岸也近的不得了
衞生：很乾凈，房間層高很高，和住酒店的感覺完全不同，打掃的也十分乾淨
設施：管家會提前温馨提醒洗澡時間不可過長以免供熱水不夠
服務：服務也超級好，雖然上下樓是樓梯，但是管家小姐姐和小哥哥會幫忙拿上去。

環境幽雅別緻，非常有特色的一家店。服務也很用心，在我們還未到前就多次致電關心我們的位置，也很耐心的講解了如何到店。民宿位置位於朝陽街，離煙台山入口僅100米，旁邊還緊鄰海邊，位置絕佳啊！後面一條巷子裏還有超級多好吃的店😋房間內部也很好看，非常乾淨衞生，很不錯的一次出行體驗，下次來煙台還會選擇這裏～

就在煙台山景區門口，朝陽街邊上，地理位置無敵優越！老郵局還在營業。露台可以遠眺燈塔，步行到燈塔也衹需要十分鐘，可以登頂一覽渤海灣的風光。房間乾淨，床墊略軟！

廁所反味比較嚴重有些陰冷沒有暖氣衹能靠空調還是對着頭吹很難受啦，但是地理位置非常好去哪裡都很方便總體還是推薦的窗外山景也很漂亮
