服務一般前台不熱情，衞生間太小，把衣服放在洗衣間洗衣機裏洗，帶着孩子不方便在那等，就打前台電話洗完後幫忙送一下，結果不知道把誰的衣服放在我的洗衣袋裡一起送來了，備註的烘乾衣服也還是濕的

1.房間設施簡陋：房間裝修簡單粗糙，衞生間地漏排水不暢，存在明顯異味。整個酒店裡一股難聞嗆鼻的氣味。
2. 酒店地理位置偏僻，吃飯出行極為不便：周邊無任何商業配套，步行範圍內無餐館、便利店或超市。外賣配送範圍受限，多數平台無法送達，即便能點，配送時間也長達一小時以上，嚴重影響正常飲食安排。
3. 前台工作人員缺乏基本職業素養：前台員工精神狀態懶散，對客人缺乏基本熱情與尊重。工作人員從上到下打量客人，目光帶有審視，服務態度傲慢。
4. 夜間大廳及公共區域酒店大堂地上到處是大量飛蛾、蚊蟲和嬋。
5. 實際環境與宣傳圖文嚴重不符：酒店網上平台展示的圖片存在明顯美化或使用虛假素材，實際環境遠不如照片所示。山東之行住的最差酒店
