小區環境真的很好，樓下就是萬象滙和各種飯店，去哪都方便，離煙大和夜市也近。周邊便利店商超雲集，小區也很安靜，有種回家的感覺。非常適合一家人居住。比住酒店划算多了，管家服務也很好，發訊息回覆很快。以後有朋友來還會推薦

非常推薦哦，位置就在煙大後面，離煙大小吃街也很近坐公交去景點也挺方便，房東人也超好，有什麼問題處理的也很快，總而言之言而總之就是非常推薦！

小區很高端，特別乾淨衞生，樓下有小童遊樂區，出了門就是萬象滙，走一公里就是煙大小吃街，隔壁就是煙大，位置優越。房間裝修的很好，比展示圖更好，很乾凈，基本設施都有，三個房間都有空調，兩個衞生間很大，強烈推薦來煙台旅遊的可以住。

環境：周圍環境也很好，安保也很負責，離煙大小吃街也很近。
服務：老闆人很好，很有耐心。我們寄快遞地址不知道寫哪裡，老闆告訴我們位置什麼的，服務真的超好
