因為是公寓式酒店，所以衞生方面有待提高，發現衞生有問題也是第一時間給我們換了房間。
服務：前台的服務態度非常好，有什麼問題都會一段時間解決

打的分都是給到柔軟的床和影音投屏 還有可以使用的洗衣機
再説這個酒店 我沒拍照片 最要命的就是衞生間 味道特別重 香水蓋不住 乾濕不分離 洗了澡裏面沒法進去 毛巾就給兩條 沒有墊腳的 也沒放毛巾的地方
洗手枱那一片衞生很要命 牙刷牙杯非常塑料 我都用的自己的 裏面味道重倒沒法進去刷牙 香皂洗手液也沒有 我全部用開水燙了一遍才敢用
洗澡的話是熱水器 燒水衹能燒到60度 十分鐘就洗沒了 這還是夏天 冬天誰敢洗
服務格局也不大 其他酒店都能包含的事 這裏不能 而且酒店價格也不低 在山東玩了一圈 一點不算便宜 如果整體都和睡覺區一樣舒適 那完全可以理解
十二點退的房 一批一批等電梯 十二點半才下樓 樓層太高 等到的電梯全部滿員 反反覆覆在原地等

前台小姐姐特別好，幫忙升了房型，房間能直接看到大海，躺着就能看日出，屋內房間設施完善，衞生乾淨整潔，環境優美舒適，服務態度周到熱情，非常推薦這家酒店，以後也會推薦朋友來住，煙台也是非常美麗的地方，養馬島非常值得去，以後煙台旅行酒店首選這家！超好評！

酒店位置還不錯，樓下就是公交站台很方便。美中不足就是熱水不穩定，可能跟樓層有關吧。耳塞和眼罩沒有，因住2晚跟前台説過要換垃圾袋和牙膏，也沒有服務人員更換。後來看到其他公寓阿姨要了垃圾袋和牙膏。

住宿環境還不錯，樓下就是商圈，而且離煙大小吃街也不遠，我住的是城市景，還是頂樓！！！還好我不恐高，距離養馬島還是遠的，我是從樓下租車騎車過去的，沿海城市天氣説變就變，第一天晚上就打雷下雨，表示住在頂樓有點沒安全感😂😂，第二天一睜眼又是大晴天
