整體體驗超出預期！首先位置非常便利，就在萬科廣場商圈附近，下樓步行幾分鐘就能到商場和餐廳，吃喝購物一應俱全，周邊交通也很方便。酒店設計風格現代簡約，大堂明亮温馨，一進門就感受到前台小姐姐的熱情服務。房間寬敞乾淨，裝修精緻又有格調，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。最加分的是服務態度！無論是前台還是保潔人員，見面都會微笑打招呼，有需求響應超快。

第一次來煙台，不得不説這家酒店的服務讓我感覺到了温暖。可能猜到我是來考試的，特地給我安排了偏安靜的房間，還提供了打印服務和耳塞。考完試之後發現自己護膚品忘記在房間，打電話詢問，酒店人員説本打算12：30聯繫我，因為知道我在考試，12點才結束，考試結束後來拿就可以了。回去拿東西的時候還為我的東西準備了收納袋。前台姐姐聲音巨温柔，酒店衞生也很好。

房間五百多、看電梯大概值80一間電梯臟兮兮的、看房間大概值140很小的房間、旺季莫來。不怎麼推薦、唯一比較好的是前台姑娘很熱情、衝著人分才沒那麼低
