前台服務態度太差，以退房要挾顧客，管理混亂，居然把沒有退房的房間再次重復發了房卡，晚上10:00有人拿房卡直接闖入房間，而且酒店沒有一點歉意，還表示很正常，實在難以接受這樣無良的商家，建議平台重罰。

房間挺好的，環境沒毛病，22號前台的小哥哥超級好也超有禮貌，還送了可愛的小禮品，就是房間不太隔音，隔壁打了一宿呼嚕，好在房間有耳塞，這點還是值得誇獎。
