環境還不錯的，但是前台那個胖子婆娘服務態度之差，上班塞個耳機，給她説話理都不理，稍微大聲一點，她還説我們態度不好，這種員工，老闆是咋個培養的？以後哪個還敢來住你們的酒店？我們是來消費的，不是來受氣的，一個破前台，感覺比老闆還拽！
