進門很大煙味，衞生整體比較差，三樓空調不涼，掛機空調有2台漏水，晚上停電（攜程有很積極處理，且提供兩個解決方案），晚上睡覺卧室有一衹大蜘蛛，整個晚上都擔驚受怕，淋浴房很小，玻璃很臟！
