Without any doubts one of the best hotel I stayed in China. The lobby is beautiful with wood decorations, the staff is very helpful, and the rooms are super comfortable. We had a view over the mountains, a balcony and a huge bathroom. Would definitely recommend it. Also a great location. Nice fountain too.

Great hotel , more than what I expected for its price . Room big , comfortable and clean . Manager spoke good English and gave us great tips .

◈This hotel is supported entirely by its service, the facilities are terrible. ◈What is Ctrip doing? This hotel is actually divided into three hotels, and the three rooms are different. Yet they still accept such orders. They should just kick this hotel out. ◈ Let’s talk about the lighting in this room first. There is only a very weak chandelier and two six-leafed ladybugs. You can’t see anything even if you close the window during the day, let alone at night. ◈Let's talk about the hair dryer in the room. Please see the picture below. The hair dryer is installed on the wall, but it is not fixed on the wall, so it cannot be pulled long, and the shell has to be hung to blow the hair. If you don't want to install it, you can just get a home version. ◈There is a charging socket on the side of the bed, absolutely not enough. ◈There is no table or sofa. Yes, there is a table, which is the one with the kettle in the picture. ◈The bath towels and towels provided are old rags, torn and tattered, and the paper towels are also rotten. The paper towels used in small restaurants outside are better than them. , it started to fall off when I held it in my hand, not to mention the shampoo and shower gel, the bottles were even moldy. ◈The slippers provided all have a watery smell, and no disposable slippers are provided. ◈The worst thing was that there was no hot water for showering on the last day! No hot water for shower! No hot water for shower! Because the hot water in this hotel is in a storage tank, once the heated hot water is used up, it will be gone. You have to wait at least a day for hot water. I also forgot to call Ctrip. Oops, what a mistake. I didn’t take a shower after traveling all day. ◈If you want to wash clothes, you have to go to other buildings to do it. They only provide washing powder, and there is only one washing machine. The others are large washing machines that are used to wash sheets. While washing clothes, a staff member turned off the one I was washing. Fortunately, I didn't leave. I went over to take a look and found that it was turned off. I had to start all over again. I could go up but couldn't come down. The elevator in that building was broken. The laundry room was on the roof of the top floor. No lights were on the whole time. I was so scared when I went up there. There were white cloths hanging on it. It was so scary. After washing the clothes, I had to wait for the roof to dry, just like at home. When I came down, I had to turn off all the lights and run away. ◈The hotel has heating, but no exhaust fan. If you turn on the heating without opening the window, be careful of carbon dioxide poisoning, which may suffocate you. ◈This room is close to the road. There is a street stall downstairs and all kinds of smells come up, and it is also very noisy. ◈Don’t order, I advise you to cancel. Don’t order, I advise you to cancel.
