On Tuesday, March 31, 2025, I stayed there a night. It was a good choice as breakfast is super good, relax in bathtap. I recommend it.

A budget hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, offering a good breakfast with a buffet. Note that the rooms have a shared bathroom, which should be taken into account. The internet connection can occasionally be interrupted, so it’s better to have your own SIM card for work

Smokers room and unable to sleep in room, called the reception they offered air freshener when I had booked a non-smoking room. Slept in hallway, got eaten by mosquitoes. Also on the 8th floor and no elevator. Not a restful room. Great location though.

It’s a nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was very good, the location is also fine, room was clean with a shared bathroom. A good choice for the price quality ratio.

There are very good small boutique hotel in RANGOON DOWNTOWN at china town. It is very good location clean , tidy and free breakfast every morning

Conveniently located hotel. Normal breakfast Normal air conditioning. Normal refrigerator in the room. The staff is responsive, they accommodated us 5 hours before check-in time, for which special thanks!

The hotel is clean and the staff provides excellent service.

The garbage is so small that there is no window, no toilet or shower. I spent more than 100 yuan and moved to another place.

There was no problem on other days, but on this day there was no hot water. The breakfast was delicious so there was no problem with food. The tap water seemed a little salty.

The room is very dirty. It smells musty. The bed and pillows smell musty. The floor is moldy. When someone does something, you can hear everything. It looks like a daily room more than a hotel. The pictures from the tips are completely different. The real room is not like the pictures at all. The corridor is narrow with stairs. There is no elevator. And the stairs are very narrow.
