房間乾淨舒適，老闆服務態度特別好，離海邊很近，下樓就可以到沙灘玩，最主要是可以做飯，還有冰箱，特別適合一家人出來旅遊

公寓過道通風和地下停車場太熱
下樓就是游泳池，不過要另外收費，25元一位，停車費30元一天
到沙灘5分鐘，早上早一點去不收費，去晚了就要收費，建議一早可以去看日出，中午太嗮太陽大不建議去，晚上7點半可以去也不用收費，

我在2024年3月13日訂的房間，房子很大大概有50平米，兩張1.8的大床可以住4-5人沒問題，還有一個沙發也可睡一個人，陽台也很大，可以看海的一角。房間內設有廚房，沒鍋，有幾衹碗。床上被褥很乾凈。再説缺點，沙發很臟沒有清洗，桌子也臟有一塊塊污漬，燒水壺沒蓋子，最要命的是一排飯館都沒開門，聽説到五一開門，現在是淡季，所以都不開門，樓下有一個超市在營業。我在3月14號早上8點多退房，竟然沒有服務人員，我打電話説退房，服務員讓我把房卡放在門口牆上掛的黑盒子裏，我説要電腦操作一下退房程序吧。服務員説，你把房卡放在黑色盒子裏可以了。真是無語。

還是很不錯的度假村公寓，公寓跟住酒店還是有點區別！酒店直接前台辦理入住手續就可以了，公寓訂了房還要打電話問在那裡辦理入住，辦好手續還要自己找在那一棟樓，服務跟酒店式始終差少許！不過房子還是很不錯，舒適度可以！咐近吃的餐廳也很多，晚上門口也很多小食吃，去付近的白蒲村市場買海鮮也很實惠！
