優點：地理位置很好，面朝大海，有個小型沙灘，不用去珍珠灣擠堆，步行5-8分鐘可到珍珠灣和飛龍寺，有場地可以燒烤賞日落，有廚房提供，適合親朋好友聚會。
缺點：衞生、設施、和服務一言難盡。
都知道是民宿肯定沒有酒店那麼到位。但是設施陳舊，水龍頭鬆垮，洗臉盤開裂，花灑水壓低而且無法固定；一次性提供用品少，水沒有補給關鍵唯一一個前台也經常不在位，空調製冷也不夠。
還有一點是套房是在一樓，如果外面有人燒烤就會很嘈。所以，想住這裏，看個人喜好取捨啦。

不知道是不是暑假，前台像是暑假工，問什麼都沒有，環境還可以，畢竟對着海邊還是很舒服的。

酒店風景非常無敵，打開窗簾面對的就是大海。住的這短短一天欣賞到了非常治癒的海景。房東也非常好溝通服務可以。是一個自駕游過來休閑看海住宿的不錯選擇！

空調滴水，水放出來黃的，整體來説環境可以，飛龍隔離，去飛龍寺方便，但是不能步行，路口一大踏水，出行要開車，去珍珠灣目的地開車去方便但是沒車位那邊，交通位置不那麼便利，適合度假的家庭，家庭聚會，自己動手煮吃的環境還可以

訂房的時候是被它門前的海灘吸引🤩
景獲心可以😌但住宿有點不是很滿意，我們去到入住所有的衞生都沒弄好
