我住的套房是挨着馬路的，隔音是不好的，吹風機用了十幾秒就自動斷，打電話給前台第一次未能解決，説聯繫老闆，拿下去維修過了一小會兒就拿上來説修好了，我一用還是壞的，本來十幾分鍾能吹乾的頭髮硬是吹了一個多小時！第二次聯繫前台又説去聯繫老闆！就沒有人再聯繫我解決吹風機的問題！真的很生氣，如果一個酒店前台什麼事都要問老闆，請問前台存在還有什麼意義？？？？？這個房價，吹風機和耳塞這種小問題都不能解決，不值這個價！

入住當晚340左右的房間，衞生間下水道與廁所反臭相當厲害，毫不誇張的説洗手間門不關緊一點味道都串到床頭那去。設施就更不配備了。所謂的菲利普吹風機叫非常離譜算了，關了就要等五分鐘再次啟動。跟前台反映以上問題，第一説是讓別人第二天來看看反臭的情況，我們反問那今晚呢？我們是今晚入住，得到的迴應是沉默。第二吹風機説是有防熱功能，讓我用濕毛巾或者濕紙巾降温，這？
從頭到尾問題都沒有解決，當然我們也沒有吵鬧與要求換房，發出來就是想讓各位避雷。

房間比較大，旁邊大酒店自己的停車場，方便停車，幕布看不了電視，電影啥的要會員才能看，洗手池不能放大水，有點漏水，前台小妹服務不錯。
