我住的套房是挨着馬路的，隔音是不好的，吹風機用了十幾秒就自動斷，打電話給前台第一次未能解決，説聯繫老闆，拿下去維修過了一小會兒就拿上來説修好了，我一用還是壞的，本來十幾分鍾能吹乾的頭髮硬是吹了一個多小時！第二次聯繫前台又説去聯繫老闆！就沒有人再聯繫我解決吹風機的問題！真的很生氣，如果一個酒店前台什麼事都要問老闆，請問前台存在還有什麼意義？？？？？這個房價，吹風機和耳塞這種小問題都不能解決，不值這個價！

房間比較大，旁邊大酒店自己的停車場，方便停車，幕布看不了電視，電影啥的要會員才能看，洗手池不能放大水，有點漏水，前台小妹服務不錯。

不想給太差評語但一些基本服務未到位， 那唯有怪執房員的不夠盡責嗎。
1. 住2晚， 第一晚沖涼液已剩無幾， 第2晚一滴都按不出。
2. 吧枱上有2瓶免費水， 但2瓶都是空瓶， 干嗎上手住客飲完放回原位沒檢查嗎？ 接受不了。
3. 電話沒有線路， Call酒店叫回2瓶水， 怎麼電話是不能用。 接受不了。
4. 托別房同事叫回2瓶水， 服務員叩下門就把水放在地上， 開門已不見人影。 沒什麼投訴，只是有星酒店和沒星酒店的分別。
5. 房内有小昆蟲， 幸好牠不是蟑螂。
工作太累已沒看其他細節了
