Excellent location in the middle of Guoyu Ancient City. Staffs are very helpful. Room is spacious, clean, and well decorated. The hotel itself is an ancient house. Highly recommended!

Fantastic luxury stay at 500 year old mansion. Incredible setting in museum like village.
Spend at least 2-3 nights to enjoy fun in daytime and silent nights in a fairytale setting.
100 % recommended.

本次在皇城相府旁的郭峪古城進士第書院居住，非常滿意。低調奢華的古宅建築，與現代化價精美內部裝修和設施完美結合，令人贊歎。更為驚喜的是，送至房間豐盛美味的早餐。服務人員誠懇熱誠，親切周到。離別時，老闆娘還送了伴手禮。會向親友們推薦再來居住。

總體感覺非常好，推薦。
設施：住在陳廷敬老宅，實實在在的古建民宿，4個院子。房間設施齊全。
衞生：非常乾淨，雖是民宿，但應該是星級酒店在管理。
環境：郭峪古城內。
服務：服務熱心周到。

相府景區最好的民宿了，裝修裝飾很到位，礙於古建不能用明火，所含早餐需要去周邊酒店，單程開車8分鐘左右，也可以服務員送入房間，但需要出門早的話不適合。台盆出水很大，但是花灑水很小且水温控制非冷即燙，是個小遺憾。

環境不錯，服務態度也不錯。就在景區裏，設施較新。若沒有第二天入住據此不遠的郭峪古城民宿做對比，也算不錯了。可是有對比才有高下之分。房間大小和設施郭峪古城民宿碾壓這裏，價錢卻比這裏低。早餐更是完全不可比。這裏的早餐衹有一個炒白菜加一種稀飯，一個雞蛋及花捲。不敢相信這是470一晚的早餐。希望能提高吧！不要辜負了這麼好的民宿環境。
