住的雙卧套房，兩個卧房連着，裏面卧室要從外面大卧室進去，大卧室房間衞生間都很大，裏面卧室衞生間空間狹小，連椅子都沒有。民宿是古城裡陳氏古宅改建的，做過一些隔音處理，在古宅民宿中隔音還算可以，當然如果旺季人多也不好説。前台小姐姐服務很好，有問必答。郭裕古城就在相府旁邊幾百米，走過去也很方便。

灑店利用名人故居開辦，外面是傳統達貴官宦毫宅，內裏是現代化灑店客房。既能體驗中國古建生活，又舒適享受現代進步，真是一次沉侵式體驗。酒店應該不是個人開辦，而是旅遊集團官方所辦高檔民俗，配置高，服務周到，乾淨衞生。沒有普通民俗不安全不衞生的垢病。服務人員熱情大方，因有空房，主動給我免費升級房間，還引上我看樓上樓下看不同房間，讓我調選，賓至如歸。

古城很冷清，6點就全下班了，吃飯購物幾乎沒有，酒店門外有賣早餐的，還算方便，酒店本身不錯，小院有年代感，房間設施中規中矩

很有特色的民宿，古色古香，用品都很好，走十分鐘就是皇城相府南門，不想走也有免費景區車坐回來。我們住的院子比較小，辦入住的進士院一院套一院。本身都能算個景點。
