位置離高鐵站有距離，有公交汽車直達差不多門口，但夜裡估計沒班次，步行的話半小時多些。附近餐飲點特別多。
房間舊些，蠻大的，有窗，規範設施，打理也乾淨，單身旅行者足夠了。廁所通風不是很好，還好衞生間有門可關，睡房有窗可通風。
性價比不錯。

性價比較高，周圍歺飲和超市齊全，公交車站距賓館不到五十米。短居和出差均宜。缺點是迎街的房子，由於附近歺館較多，熱鬧，須關窗。

酒店很差，黑心老闆娘，到店要加錢，房間特別臟，晚上噪音根本沒發睡覺，房間有死貓死狗的味道，非常噁心，廁所臭的和老闆娘一樣又黑又臭，出差住他家真是倒黴
